You can use NDI output from CasparCG server and then this output can be used everywhere in your network for monitoring with super low system requirements.

This output can be used for preview with almost no latency.

To use NDI you have to install additional drivers from NewTek:

1) Install NewTek Network Video Send Driver http://new.tk/NetworkSendRedist

2) Apply for and install the NewTek AirSend Updater http://pages.newtek.com/NDI-Upgrader-Download.html 

3) Edit the casparcg.config and add these lines to consumers:

<newtek-ivga>
       <channel-layout>stereo</channel-layout>
       <provide-sync>true</provide-sync>
</newtek-ivga>

Output will be available as an NDI source name as "YourLocalMachineName (1)"

To use this NDI output as preview go to Application Settings -> Caspar -> Use NDI for preview
